Sorry, I ain't going to disclose my country or any other personal information, but, as you probably guessed, it's not US. Indeed the big butt and slim waist isn't even close to realistic fat distribution. But regardless, big butt equates to lots of fat in that butt.

Actually, it would have been interesting to see the geography of the preferences. I have a theory why #4 is a most popular option: the most patreons are from US and most of them voted for it.
