Progress
Nothing too exciting to report this week. I'm working my way through the render marathon that is chapter 8, so there's a good increase on both animation and story renders.
Numbers are now at 240 story renders and 2,554 animated frames.
I've finished up the first of the main endings, with all the variations connected to it, and I'm now working on girl number two.
Chapter 8, main event
The image at the top is from the main event which happens later on in the chapter, and will consist of three different versions depending on which girl you're with. The audience of the show consists of more than 100 original characters from other VN's, rendered directly from the authors of those VN's. I'm extremely happy that so many people chipped in, including people I admire, respect, and knew of, long before I even made my first render myself.
I hope this will be a nice event where you can actually distinguish the audience, and recognize characters you've seen in other VN's.

But how do I get Holly!?
Holly has some very special endings, which should take most of you by surprise. I've seen numerous requests on how to get her, so without further ado, here's the recipe:
Chapter 4:
1. Choose Lexi as li.
2. When you meet Holly for the first time choose 'I'm conflicted' or 'Haven't really looked at her like that'.
Chapter 5:
3. During the balcony conversation with Holly, look at all 9 screens at least once (don't count the starting screen, go back to it at least once - and you can look at her breasts three times to maximize score).
4. Include Holly and have threesome on the yacht (the cigarettes is not a requirement, they just affect the ending).
5. During the threesome 'Stroke Lexi and Holly's hand'.
Chapter 6:
6. During Prom, choose 'No regrets' when talking to Holly.
Chapter 7 should now give you a choice of Lexi/Holly - choose Holly.

It's not really cheating if there's no form of exclusivity agreement yet and just dating (at least by my moral code, a real life version of that situation and I tend to switch interest to a prettier one too if I meet their friend/sister/daughter/mom/etc before going exclusive). To me it wasn't really cheating until Ch7 when MC decided to go behind her back and sleep with Holly without permission (after having a threesome no less, feelings for the 3rd wheel do sometimes pop up when those happen).

Great as always Drifty and excited very excited once CH 8 is released, but also sad at the same time, but looking forward to your next game that is for sure :) However, I wonder, do you have any plan on my best boy Chris :) like is he going to end up having a relation at the end? Hehe

well maybe the problem (for me it was) is that you have set your eyes on lexi at this point in the game already, so its kinda weird to say to her best friend that youre not into lexi isnt it? Especially if she is telling you that she is watching out for her and dont want that the mc will hurt her in a way. Overall, to get to Holly this whole thing is a cheating route, you will cheat on lexi with her best friend... not a easy way to get a girlfriend. And its certainly not easy to go along with this and cheat on lexi too... But i will do this, to just get Holly once... i really like her very much. So for me the crucial part why i didnt get together with Holyl was that i didnt pointed out in the first meeting that iam "uncertain" thats kind of logical, but feels not that good at this point... well, sacrifices need to be made to be with a goddeess like her hm?

Out of curiosity how did Jaye from Chasing Sunsets end up in LoF? Most of the cross-cameos I've seen are from a dev's own previously released AVN's (ie Daniels K's growing list from the past 7 years or so) or maybe a collab with 1-2 others, 100+ is insane, esp if it's all in 1 render (where 4k or 8k would actually be useful for once to make out the faces).

I can't believe so many people had trouble making Holly a LI. The path of choices are pretty logical (at least to anyone that's had a gf or 2 irl): be a bit more friendly to her and less so to her bff Lexi when the choices pop up.
