Saturday Update
🕑 Added 2023-09-23 13:59:10 +0000 UTCHello folks!
Last week was very busy! I had a minor merch drop on top of the normal game development. But I still think I got an okay amount of work done :D
We are beginning to predict a frankly unreasonable amount of sprites, but on the other hand- we ball.
Also, as you can see on the graphic there, I finished the placeholders for day 1! Feels good!
I'm hoping that the process goes a bit faster for the next days and nights since I have so many placeholders to use already [ I can re-use sprites for many situations instead of drawing new ones ]
Here's a couple examples from last week!
And the tiniest crumb of Ren:
So next week I will be working on the first major gameplay night, which does have a couple possible intense scenes.
Definitely less content than the day, so hopefully I can get through it quickly :D But either way, I'm just gonna keep working at this careful pace, making detailed placeholders, and we'll get there when we get there I suppose!
Anyway, thank you guys so much for your incredible support! ;0; People have been very kind to me recently and it means a lot to me. I'm so happy that people seem to be having fun with the development phase- it inspires me to do my very best so I can make something worthy of everyone's support.
Stay safe and have a lovely fall weekend! It's pumpkin pie season! ^o^
