I've uploaded this to Patreon itself rather than embedding an unlisted YouTube video as normal. I know some people have issues with watching vids on Patreon from their TV and am wondering if this might sort it, plus YT are going to start putting midroll ads on everything from May 12th anyway so it's going to make more sense to have the early/ad-free versions of videos kicking around here.

It may look playable, but...trust me, it really is not. There's parts where the game runs at half the speed (purposefully so), other parts where you have to break the game to move forward (basically by using elevators to jump on air), incredibly cheap enemy hits all the way through, constantly getting pushed down the level...oh, and to beat the game legitimately, you have to do it all with one life -- if you take around seven hits or so, the game's over. There are no health refills whatsoever, the only "power ups" do things like reversing the controls on you. Even using a trainer, I have never had a more frustrating experience with playing a game than I have with that one. I can certainly appreciate a good shitpost but I don't think that was the intention here.

Sadly I disagree strongly with your number 1 pick. It seemed like a solid game. Does the art offend the senses? yes but I find that endearing. One of my favorite FPS games is Cruelty Squad. One look at that would make you think of it as a shitpost garbage game. When in all honesty sometimes a game puts care into being deliberately made ugly. Even if that isn't the case here, I don't think that is enough to put it at number 1 because it seems perfectly playable.
