This update's major features:
Mid-encounter events: A new system for having events happen in the middle of encounters. This is usually, for obvious reasons, places where you might be caught, and can result in being witnessed or even a new partner joining in.
Voyeur events: NPCs now too suffer from wardrobe malfunctions! You can linger for a longer look, but you may get caught.
New customization options: New clothes and tattoos for yourself and NPCs, and more customization options for NPCs. In addition, you can now filter clothing store menus by search string and/or style.
This was a bit of a code-heavy update where I had to do the underlying systems to enable mid-encounter events, detect NPC wardrobe malfunctions for event picking, handle shop filtering, and other boring under-the-hood stuff. As a result, we currently don't have as many new events or noteworthy features as I would like. I'll spend the time on the way to public release fixing that, with a particular focus on adding to the voyeur content. I'd also like to see about further improving NPC customization, enabling for example not just picking a tattoo style set but also individual tattoos. I also want to see about making your wardrobe searchable like shop menus are now.

Release notes
Added a mid-encounter event system
Mid-encounter events are new developments in the middle of encounters that may result in anything from a complete interruption to a new partner joining in
At the moment, mid-encounter events can happen in the residence hall showers, in dorm rooms, or when between buildings
Added the ability to filter clothing shop menus by search string and/or style
Made a start at expanding the Voyeurism skill by adding more events about NPCs having wardrobe malfunctions to various event sets
The Voyeurism skill is checked to see whether you “get away” with taking a longer look — not that getting caught is necessarily bad, depending on inclinations and attitudes!
Added more customization options for NPCs so that, if you have this option on, you can choose from available style sets for tattoos, piercings, and other things that had been missing
Extra body hair is now just locked behind a content option rather than the content option and the Trichophilia inclination
You can now give your ClickbaitTV videos titles (contributed by noonycurt)
A small coffee shop location has been added to Bancroft Lane (contributed by HeeHo)
Added a bunch of new clothes, hairstyles, and tattoos, as well as new NPC styles that make use of them (contributed by HeeHo)
The NPC customization screen should jump to the top when options are clicked less often

It will be updated at some point. There's very little in the game that I consider final. Currently, subs attempt to follow the rules to the best of their ability — intentionally disobeying doesn't really factor in. When that changes, you'll be able to check them for compliance and react accordingly. Findom and Paypig don't currently do much and aren't unlockable for the player. Eventually there will be mini-careers or other systems in the game that use them. The picnic is mostly just a pretty chill meal, though there are a couple small variations having to do with wardrobe malfunctions or bad partners.

Is there going to be an upgrade to having subs? Because if you're the mistress or master you can't really check on whether the subs are abiding the rules or do any requests. Also, what about the findom, paypig etc inclinations, what do those do? And is there anything that can happen during the picnic date? or is it just chilling

Had another idea, this time that *is* in line with the new mechanic. I feel like there's lots of potential for the porn addict NPC to interact with the CollegeCams career. Other encounters aside (recognizing the player on campus, maybe even doxing blackmail if they have a negative personality inclination, or a "sweeter" but still parasocial series of interactions if they have positive inclinations), once the addict knows the player streams, they could attempt to interrupt live broadcasts, whether from the dorm or library.
