Ownable Brothels Mod adds new dedicated brothels for The Sims 4. You can purchase a brothel from your home computer, recruit prostitutes, and earn a daily operation rate of $2000.

How To Setup A Brothel
Create a brothel or use the Sleazy Motel build to run the brothel from. Make sure there are plenty of rooms for the prostitutes to work and your own office with a computer.
Give the lot the Brothel venue type.
Note: If you do not see this lot venue type appear, try a different venue list. If that doesn't work give the lot the generic venue type and it should work the same as long as your Sim has the Brothel Keeper CAS Lifestyle Trait.
Note
The venue reverts back to Generic. This is normal to see the venue type as Generic after purchasing.
How To Become A Brothel Keeper
Self click on the Sim you want to become a brothel keeper. Located behind the Action social menu select "Become A Brothel keeper". This will give your Sim the needed trait.
How To Purchase The Brothel
Using a computer, find the Brothel menu and Purchase Brothel interaction. This will take you to the retail purchase UI. Purchase the brothel and transfer money to the business. Do not use any of the retail UI except sell the business.
Buy Generic Brothel
This is a new interaction you can go through the purchase process without setting up a venue or having Get To Work. It basically just removes the amount you need to purchase. From $75,000 - $90,000. You'll still need to set the venue of your brothel to generic or residential, and other venues if wanted.
If the brothel venue doesn't show up for you with a venue list, use this if wanted.
Now Recruit Brothel Prostitutes
You can visit community lots to find Sims to recruit, create them, or use household members.
You can recruit Brothel Prostitutes via the computer and Manage Brothel Prostitutes menu. Select up to 8 which will spawn to your location when you open the brothel.
Note: If you don't see the computer interactions, make sure you have the XML Injector installed. You can try a different computer as well. I didn't have interactions appear on the all in one pc, which it usually does. But showed up on other computers.
Now that you have prostitutes to work at the brothel, recommend to have at least 3, head over to your brothel and open the brothel using the computer.
NOTE
The following images are from the Wicked Whims Sex Mod. A separate mod for the brothel service gameplay. You'll need to download the Wicked Whims Mod from the provided link below and have enough sex animations you can find on the LoverLab.com website. https://wickedwhimsmod.com/download Scroll down on the Wicked Whims download page to find suggested sex animations.
How To Install
-Unzip file. Keep all files in the folder. Place the folder in your Sims 4 Mods Folder.
-Sims 4 game options, mods and script mods need to be enabled.
-Requires the latest version of Sims 4
-If there isn't a zip file, just download all the files below, place them in a folder, then your Sims 4 mods folder.

-Translations cannot include the mod. Only stringtables.

This is a stability update. I will need to know if you experience issues such as missing interactions. This will let me know how to further improve the mod, and which modding tools or methods aren't working.
There's also a desk glitch, try using a table instead of a desk if computer interactions aren't showing up properly.

My street gang sims will use brothels as part of their otherwise Basemental criminal enterprise. My Prison Wardens will own brothels wich will be used as Vacation Rentals for the inmates & their spouses to have conjugal visits on the weekends :)

Hello, I don't see the option for either the lot trait or the lot type, but I do see the option to own a brothel. Only issue is I can't be due to not having the other options. Please advise.

This mod works perfectly! The only problem is I can't seem to get the motel to show up in my tray. I've installed it into the Tray folder and the mods into the Mods folder. Is there anything else I should try?

Thank you for responding. I have Wicked Whims installed & even checked if my autonomy was checked on. It might just be the business ownership part of the game that's broken.

I downloaded the mod. & I have everything I need. I purchased and opened the brothel, except nobody is doing what they are supposed to be doing, e.g. no one is having sex. I've fast forward multiple sim hours & no one is doing anything.

Hello - I have hired prostitutes but when I am at the brothel and click "Open Brothel" the prostitutes or the buyers don't appear. I'm using the latest release version of the mod and the game. By any chance do you have any suggestions?

The collect Payment option still isn’t working for me sadly also as mentioned upon opening recruited workers are not showing up..I did try earlier in the day instead of late night and only 2 showed up so idk if time of day has something to do with them not showing up and I lost count of how many I recruited but def more then 3

3 should be enough to show up. Also when you open the brothel the sex buyers should show up too. Is anyone showing up when you select Open Brothel on the computer?

sorry for the stupid question..but...i am the brothelowner i purchase the brothel and recruite some Prostitutes if i open the brothel the Prostitutes are come to work and there are some "Brothel Sex Buyer" also customer etc. ... but the Prostitutes do nothing to work or dont they work automaticly like in stripclub by WickedWhims or in Brothel by Devious Desire ?!
