Ownable Apartments v4 - Releasing in the next couple of days. This version will include the purchase gameplay. Fixed many of the issues present in the prior version. New gameplay included. (Pixxel Perverts)

-Dirty Gigs. I'm finally starting to figure some of the more complicated features for this mod. The next phase is to get the mod complete and into testing. Expected Oct/Nov
-Family Gameplay Mod. This mod releasing in Sept/Oct.
-Sexy Gigs v17 - Strippers Update in development. Idea stage so no details on gameplay available.
Someone Asked about Life By You modding. I do plan to mod the game however the way it's looking is that tools provided allows everyone to change gameplay as they need and want. Much easier. I am following the progress.

Hey! I'm having issues with the Hotel Hospitality mod. My sim won't stop using the 'Are you drunk?' and 'Are you supposed to be here?' mean interactions on her husband (resulting in them constantly falling off and getting grudges) from the mod's hotel manager -> security social interactions menu. Is there a way to remove the hotel manager option from the social menu when you're not on the venue? Or to remove it from the sim's autonomy? Thank you in advance <3 Edit: removed the hotel manager trait from my sim but it would be nice if there was another way to stop this from happening so I could play
