🕑 Added 2023-02-19 18:39:44 +0000 UTCSaturday 2/25
Senior Living Mod - About to wrap up and head into testing.
Growing Together Patch - the patch is coming soon and expected to break mods. I'll have more info once it's available.

Thursday 2/23
Senior Living Mod - working on the mod and expecting to get into testing in a day or so then release.
Functional Sperm Banks - I decided to change this mod into a lot trait instead of ownable. It will still be fully functional. I'm also adding new functional items, specimen jar, Microscope, vial of sperm, and Liquid Nitrogen Cryo Tank for freezing. Rescheduled for March. Might include other fertility options.

Wednesday 2/22
Couch-Surfing Mod - Completed. Ran into a couple of issues that were fixed. You'll need to have high friendship with a Sim before their residential lot populates in the social event. Always welcomed reward trait highly helpful.
Ownable Sperm Banks - in progress. Potential change from ownable to lot trait however it'll function mostly the same. That'll remove the need for venue lists etc.
Main Focus - Sexy Gigs v15 and Senior Living Mod. Will delay the Dark Emotions Trait due to time.
I've got new fixes planned for Sexy Gigs v15 and planned support and fixes for v14.1 afterwards. Based on reported issues.
Completed mods will post late nights.
If you have any issues please continue to let me know, it's extremely helpful.
Huge Thank You to everyone for the new support :) highly appreciated.

Art Class Social Event - Releasing tonight. (Early Access All Tiers)

Currently working on a couple of mods Senior Living Mod and Sexy Gigs Mod v15. I've added a couple of new activities to Senior Living, coupon clipping and scrapbooking. Scrapbooking may not make it into the mod because it's something I'm still figuring out how it should work. Coupon Clipping you purchase a newspaper, click and select "clip coupons". You'll have a pile of coupons. If you have the pile of coupons in inventory you'll get discounted prices on prescriptions and other functional items.
While I'm working on these bigger mods I'll be releasing small mods this week including a few adult only venues.
New with each mod download post I'll include a full tutorial video. This will help show that all mods are working, how to use them, and gameplay ideas.

Thank you I'll give that a try or add a fertility center for that to happen at.

I have a suggestion. With the sperm bank. How about the gynocologist doing the insemination
