OWNABLE FUNCTIONAL VENUES V1.2 - BROKEN UNSUPPORTED

Sorry this is a very long post with a lot to read. Please try to read all changelogs, requirements, and troubleshooting.
Another round of testing: (Results)
After creating and placing all the custom venues I had my test Sim purchase most of them.
The game experienced an error. It was removed by returning to the lot without a sim, returning the lot back to generic. These were un-purchased lots but converted to custom venues.

Troubleshooting (possible issues with mods)
-No Computer Interactions (Small number of players might experience this)
-Glitching NPCs (Fixed for hookah lounge)
-Game Wont Start or Shuts Down, Error Messages (Let me know in the comments below)
-Can't Find Custom Venues, Custom Venues Not Showing Up (Set venue to generic, purchase on computer) (skip the purchase process, play out the mod)
Known Issues
-If you have multiple venues at one time, certain interactions will appear on all Sims.
-Church Podium has routing issue. You will not be able to give a sermon. For now you can use the podium "Give Speech" interaction.
-Not an issue but potentially annoying, When sims are spawned camera will move to where they are.
Installing The Mod Properly
This is a script mod with multiple files in the folder. Please keep all files as they are. Unzip the mod, place this mod in your Sims 4 mods folder. Unzipping requires a program or one is included automatically with Windows 11.
Setup Venues
Place or build on a lot. Set the lot type to the custom venue of choice. This step must be completed in order for the option to purchase to appear.
Getting Started With Gameplay (Ownable Functional Venues - Menu)
From the All In One Power PC use the "Select A Venue" interaction. This will pop-up all the available venues. Click on the Venue or Venues you want to own.
When you do that you're Sim will simply acquire that custom venue's trait. The next step is to purchase one of the custom venues through the "Ownable Functional Venues" menu. Remember you need to set the venue up before you can make the purchase.
After purchase, transfer money to the business and enter Live Mode. CAUTION!! Do not use any of the retail business UI to run the retail lot. However you can sell the business per usual gameplay.
For each custom venue you should have a computer and table or desk setup. You'll open, close, and collect payments from the computer. Exceptions include Warehouse and Blood Bank. Check below for gameplay instructions.
Blood Banks
Open - Spawns 3-4 sims. npc "Blood Donors"
Close - Forces all sims to leave except the sim you're playing.
Collect Blood - Social Menu (Click On Blood Donor Sims)
Social Interactions
-Collect whole blood donation. Results in package sent to your inventory. This is the "Blood Donation". Sell this in inventory to earn money.
-Register blood donor - Results "friendly interaction"
-Talk about healthy blood veins - Results "friendly interaction"
-Ask about health history - Results "friendly interaction"

Build Notes: 20x15 Unknown packs used.. Accidentally used a little cc but it's very loosely furnished. Easy to replace. In the gallery select "include custom content"
Warehouse
Open - Spawns 2 sims. npc "Warehouse Workers"
Close - Forces all sims to leave except the sim you're playing.
Description - This venue does not collect money. Worker npc's will basically do whatever activity is around. Used to store goods for your other retail stores or custom lots.

Private Prison
Open - Spawns several Suspects (inmates) and 4 Prison guards.
Close - Forces all sims to leave except the sim you're playing.
Collect Prison Contract Funds - random amount every few hours.
Gameplay: Use the cells that come with Get To Work. Have an area to prepard meals or install vending machines. Create a solitary unit for inmates that get out of line. Mean socials on inmates. Make inmates do gardening.
Suggested Mods:
Wicked Whims Mod - Autonomous prison woohoo.
Extreme Violence Mod - To have autonomous fights and prison murders.

Tips: I removed all the deco sims to reduce lag.
New gameplay Ideas for future updates: Look into get to work jail gameplay to convert into prison gameplay. Like processing them into the jail. Doctor interactions for sick inmates. Maybe more release options.
Self Storage Center
Open - Spawns several customer Sims.
Close - Forces all sims to leave except the sim you're playing.
Collect Storage Frees - random amount every 24 hours.
Social Interactions
-Offer moving tips - Results, "Friendly

Mall Gameplay: You can control which stores you open by inviting certain types of customers. Customers will walk around and engage with whatever you have available. Arcade Players are looking for arcade machines to play with. Food Court customers are looking for available food. Mall employees will engage with social interactions with mall customers and wear the retail uniform.

Tips: I'm using the mall by bean's builds which is an enourmouse file size of 4 gb. There was considerable lag which I was able to drastically reduce by removing the deco sims.
New gameplay Ideas for future updates: Ability to place items for sale and mall customers will autonomously purchase. New employee social interactions. More mall control interactions and functional store types.
Shopping Center
Open Shopping Center - Will spawn several Customers.
Close - Forces all sims to leave except the sim you're playing.
Collect - Random amount every 24 hours.
Gameplay - Customer will browse around, employees will social with them. Future gameplay will include ability to set items for sale, npc autonomously purchase. Employee interactions.

Drive-In Movie Theater
Open - Spawn several Movie Goer sims.
Close - Forces all sims to leave except the sim you're playing.
Collect - Random amount every 24 hours
Gameplay - Sims will enter and watch a movie if you have it going. The ability to set food items for sale is coming soon, meanwhile the main source of income is the collect interaction. For an authentic Drive-In Movie Theater these car sofa's are a must. They also include Drive-In Speakers that go next to the car. These will light up. The only issue is that some of the cars the sim cannot enter due to footprint. The are unsupported so use at your own risk.
Tip: If you have movie hangout stuff pack you can select watch movie with, select the movie goers, and they'll sit and watch the movie with you. If you want to provide food items, serve them before you start the movie.

Gameplay - Church Members will sit and listen to you give a sermon. Currently the podium interactions have been removed but using the microphone to practice acting will have church members listening to you.
Future Ideas: Church Choir, and Sunday School social event.
