Ownable Functional Venues - I'm still doing the final testing. Very sorry to keep saying this is releasing but it definitely is. Just a ton of tuning in this thing which is taking so much longer than I thought. I've got to rest though and will pick back up and get this out.
Sexy Gigs Mod v16 - Removed all simpickers and no longer will use xml injector. Currently replacing those interactions with alternatives.

On the generic or custom lots correct. Can't live there. Just residential.

Oh boy, this is like Christmas (LoL) can not wait to try out your new/update mods! Sorry am pretty excited about your mods, I just jointed yesterday and I love it what I've played so far. Though I have one question, the Senior Assistant Living, I can't have a Senior sim move in and play on that lot is that correct, because when I try to move one in, I get "Can't move or live here" something like that. But keep up the great work, and take your time. Have a great weekend!

I don't know why they aren't sticking or how they're being removed. Especially cas traits. If you are using multiple mods try the one mod alone, remember not to save. This will let you if this mod specifically is being affected. Also search to see if this is something game related like a glitch.

Looking forward to the releases 😊 I have 1 small issue where the cas traits aren't sticking so can't do the boxing or brothl owner career. Any suggestions? Thanks 🙂
