HOTEL HOSPITALITY MOD v3 - DOWNLOAD
🕑 Added 2023-04-20 09:10:48 +0000 UTCHotel Hospitality Mod v3 adds the ability to run your ownable and functional hotels with great efficiency. Now you can hire needed staff to keep the hotel clean, guests fed, everything working, and manage the front desk.
Note:
Remove the prior version (v2) from your mods folder before downloading this version.
How This Works
Behind the "Hotel Management" menu you'll find the new "Hire Staff" menu. From there you can hire 4 different staff types, each costing $300.
-Maintenance, NPC will make needed repairs if anything is broken for a set shift.
-Housekeeping, NPC will clean and pick up things to keep the hotel neat.
-Kitchen Staff, will cook meals for guests.
-Front Desk, Will do computer work and socialize with the guests.

No, they won't be there. It's just functional as a business. That's a really good idea though. LittleMsSam's more buyable venues mod has this function both ways. Try that out for visitors. I don't think that mod is compatible with mine so take this mod out to try that one.

what happens when you visit this lot as a different sim? do you see the hired staff around the hotel?
I also am not getting the manager trait
I'm not getting the hotel manager trait come up for the Sims I use and feel this may be the reason why people (such as myself) cannot see the hotel trait for lot options too

You can try the basemental venue list or just set the venue to generic and skip the purchase process.

why 'hotel' never shows up in my venue type list? I've downloaded the venue list and I only see high school...
