Thankyou for this one, I've been running up against myself for week, hitting walls and not finding that way back. My PTSD is at a low point and I'm fighting the joy and connection with art to my own demons, adding in blogging alongside. Then you said a line my partner says, I love it when you run (well wheel (wheelchair)) to me so excited and can't stop talking all about your projects. I have one of those right now I get lost in it but I don't let myself feel proud of my work anymore and that's the ptsd the lost link. You made me think and see that I was/am damaging myself by taking this away, and that needs to stop. I have never had much confidence but passion for art that I do and I need to find my confidence in my work again. You have a way to shine lights and open hearts. Thankyou Ben. Xxx
