Nicely done Michelle. For me every cheese or style of cheese is fascinating in it's own way. With the jong being a tad boring but ideal to make a croque monsieur/madame for instance. It melts super fast but then the drips get crusty in the skillet 😋. (making croques in a skillet is the best possible way for me)
