we went to antwerp :)
🕑 Added 2024-12-31 08:00:05 +0000 UTCour first youtube video after our break was supposed to be this vlog in antwerp, but sadly, a bunch of stuff just didn't work out, and we were on a cat-related time crunch.
honestly, we've had very few total failures from a video perspective since starting our channel... i think it's 3 now, including antwerp and the king's day 2024 video we posted last week. we did a day in the life video like a year ago that was suuuuper boring. haha
the good news is that the antwerp video is actually pretty good, i think! it just wasn't at all how we envisioned it because 1) the christmas market was overwhelmingly busy and didn't have much in the way of unique christmas market foods and 2) we had a whole thing about the new ICNG trains for belgium but a lot of them weren't running for some reason.
well... we hope you enjoy this little bonus video! we'll have another one this weekend. :)

the ICNG-B is a newer variant specific to the belgium route :)

Eindhoven - Den Haag is one of the easiest ICNG routes at the moment (and no IC direct charge).

How funny, we missed eachother there, just arrived back from Antwerp and I've been to "het Elfde Gebod" as well. But have you seen the fireworks on the Schelde? That was amazing. Or were you allready back?
