Keep em coming! I love this. 😂 Depending on your reasoning both have their positives. Going in August means longer opening hours. They're open till 10pm. There will be more entertainment and more food and drink options. However it will be busy, and lines will be way longer, so that makes going on rides more of a thing. In September Efteling will be open till 6pm (8 on weekends) it definitely won't be as busy as August, but October and november are definitely less busy. Weather should still be good in September, and lines should be way better, so in theory you'd probably be able to more rides than you would on August. If it's for a video August would probably be more fun, if it's for yourselves, I'd opt for September, unless you want to experience the summer entertainment. One other thing, I've got a premium annual pass, this gives me access to 4 "friend tickets" per calendar year. These are 50% of regular tickes, which means €25,50 per ticket. I still have all 4 available and I would be willing to let you guys use 2 of them, if you would want to. I hope this was helpful, if you need more, I'd gladly answer any questions you'd have.

haha last question 😂 would going in september be not so good, even if the weather is nice? we have one shot to potentially go in august but it probably won't happen until september... we're going to return for winter efteling for sure, this would be an extra trip

Voted Efteling. First went there as a kid and last time was about 5 years ago around age 45. Some things are getting old obviously but I still like hanging out there. Even watching the big fish in the water parts are magic moments. And the 4D (5D?) movie experience 👍

Also check holidays in neighbouring countries. We went to the Efteling on Armistice Day, which is apparently a national day off in Belgium, meaning the park was filled to the brim (and further) with people from Belgium. I like Belgians, but that many of them was a bit much, waiting 2 hours for Droomvlucht isn't worth it. Heck, even the 1.5 hours waiting time for Carnaval Festival isn't worth it.

Well, that depends. Danse Macabre opens October 31st. November 11th is the start of Winter Efteling. October and November are great months to go, because it doesn't get too busy. Weather might not be great, though. I think it would be great for your views if you were to go in opening week of Danse Macabre and upload that video within a couple of days, but there will be many "Eftelinggekkies" riding that wave. I don't think I have great advice on when to go. All possibilities have their pros and cons. Like I said, it depends on what you want. You could go next month and that would be great, but I do think Winter Efteling with Danse Macabre will be the better experience and more interesting video. Especially when you go during the weekend, since there will be more entertainment.

Efteling is fun, but the weather has to be nice. The weather will probably be considerably better than the last time you were there :)
