I would say Dr. Sleep because it's such a good follow up, but there's a specific scene in it that has a known big trigger for Cassie and I don't think she'd handle it well.

They don’t put as much effort into horror movie polls, In general it’s “this one won, we’ll watch this and move on”. I can only surmise that this is because Cassie really doesn’t like watching horror in the first place.
