Loved the reaction. Hope you can do “Top Secret.” It’s Val’s first leading role.

Seconded. Who Framed Roger Rabbit is such a classic.

Speaking of movies to show to your kids, Cassie, I hope you watch Who Framed Roger Rabbit on the channel before the kids get too old. Another magical 80's film. And really unique. One of my all time faves as a child.

As an adult, I have a hard time getting into kids' movies (with rare exception). I was able to appreciate Val Kilmer more this watch. At age 25 in 1988, I outright rejected the movie.

Clarence Newman

Just finished watching this, never seen it before. I’m glad Cassie enjoyed it, but I think I spent most of the film with my head cocked to the side like the HMV dog. (“Huh?”)

They got some kind of tax break for taking it off the site. or something. I really don't know how it works, but there was a financial benefit somehow.

I loved this movie when it came out AND I loved the new tv series, which Disney+ invested millions in making and then decided to remove it from the channel after a short period, which seems like a rather pointless waste of money.

Look up the Roman warm period. The climate has always changed

I never feel the need to either defend a movie or rag on it. It's all so subjective, everyone has likes and dislikes. I've never had a movie I voted on win a poll, most fall in the middle of the pack. What you gonna do?

Richard Maurer

I don’t think you should come to a reaction to a movie you dislike to badmouth it, it won, it’s over, move on. In other words, if you have nothing good to say about the movie, don’t say anything at all. I have nothing to say about this movie.
