I enjoyed this more than I thought I would. It's a Steven Spielberg movie with Tom Hanks, so I shouldn't have had any doubts.

I remember when the Berlin Wall fell. I watched it live on tv and cried, watching people tear down the wall and reunite after decades of separation. One of the most memorable events of my lifetime.

Good Movie. Good Reaction. Cassie, you need to read up on the Berlin Wall and East and West Germany. I lived in West Germany for a while. It was a whole other world and time. Two armed camps watching each other. Very tense times. It is hard to explain what it was like living in that world. Knowing that at any time World War III could start and I would be in the middle of it. I grew up fast in that world.

Pretty good film I thought shows how great a film maker Spielberg is with even a slower paced movie like this, like you said wasn't flashy at all but kept you engaged. Think some research on The Berlin Wall is in order as i'm sure it will come up in future movies plus it's a interesting topic.
