I definitely would have been a little disappointed with myself if I had just given up on this. I suspect a lot of people would have been disappointed in me too, heh. It's definitely nice to have it done, for a whole host of reasons!

I personally am glad you stuck it out, for whatever reasons. Leaving a project unfinished is always a sour taste, and tends to really kneecap my motivation for other things. It makes me feel like I have a weight hanging over my head, like "I know I should finish that up someday... But not right now". Finishing it up, regardless of how rushed you think it is, is the right move :) Like I said on the FA comment, I wasn't expecting a dark environment in this page, but at the same time I don't know what I was expecting! It makes perfect sense, ha.
