It's sad but Caribou is a Logia user and a Swamp-Man. Logias can affect their surroundings, so he can basically create a swamp on the ground, which can become a bottomless swamp. Which in turn, his own body becomes a bottomless swamp by itself. It's unknown what his storage capacity actually is, but you could say it's near limitless.

Fyi. He can't actually turn his body into steel, its just hard as steel( way harder really) .that gray look is just a visual effect. :)
