This backbreaker is the perfect display of Kara's physical dominance. Using nothing but brute force, she folds her opponent nearly in half. Her name for the hold refers to the unbelievable explosion of pain when she wrenches down- truly a feeling of all the elements threatening to rip you in half.
Opponents submit rather quickly. Kara knows if she truly wen to full power she could kill someone in this hold. Her opponents quickly realize that, too.
