Oh no, I don't think there's such a thing as too mean. If it were up to me, I'd say keep them coming.

Lovely! Two suggestions since you’re “mean”: 1. Add some more ropes on the side of her chest harness to squeeze the breasts some more. May be wrap around the bases? 2. Make that crotch rope MUCH deeper and tighter. If you want to add a vibrating crystal tied horizontally under the front I don’t think she would mind! These are just my kinky thoughts.
