Weekly Update! Some more commission stuff and a small update on the Artist Project
🕑 Added 2024-12-06 18:54:55 +0000 UTCHi everyone :)
I've made more progress on the commission, although it will change a bit from what you see with the feedback I got. :D It's still playing out the same way as the GIFs, but Freddy will have his claw on his right hand and use that to take off the slippers. I tweaked the lighting a bit more in this scene so it's not as dark at their feet and I was trying to get Elodie's hair to move but I'm having some trouble with the way I normally do it so I'm going to do an alternative method that should work a lot better.
If all goes to play this intro will be finished next week and either images or some GIFs of the next scene will be shown!
For the Artist and Pyramid Head project, I annoyingly was taken away from it again and only worked on it for two and half days but my main focus was texturing everything you see and also making major progress on how the lighting is going to look. I've gone for a stronger red lighting but I'm thinking of testing a more red/ orange look instead as that might be nicer. This map is a nightmare to piece together though and I still need to add a lot more detail mainly roots for the interior and random clutter for the outside. I wanted to get it done this week but I ran out of time but the other major thing was creating the metal version of everything :( I'm hoping I can power through it a lot more next week :)
That's all from me for this week sadly D: I know I was ill but I feel like progress is slow right now but I think that comes down to a complex intro for the commission and a bit of an ambitious setting for the other project.
I hope everyone is having a wonderful week though and I wish you all a lovely weekend <3

Hey, it looks amazing so far! Your work is great and it's what made me want to hop on here and support it. The progress updates are very much appreciated but don't stress yourself out over speed. Your quality is what distinguishes you from other animators.
