The reason I am pinging everyone with this post edit is that this fixes a major bug we were unaware of: in the compressed (ie. your) version of the game: animations weren't working!
Bo spent a ton of time in Spine making animations for a lot of the scenes and battle holds, and it's a shame to realize a bunch of people probably just saw still images and assumed this floor didn't have animations.
So I'm pinging to invite everyone to give it another go if they like. That said, there are still unresolved issues and balance/polish hiccups that will be resolved in 1.0.4 (this weekend), but I wanted to get the animation fix out asap.

- Fixed some battle animations hanging the game
- Fixed Corrupted moves rolling per battle rather than per turn
- Also made this mechanic very slightly more merciful
- Adjusted Iris ATK/DEF yet again (nerf this time)
- Previous buff was overtuned after fixing the potion/hold exploit
- Adjusted Couch debuff rhythm to have more consistent peaks and gaps
- Slightly increased Throne hold difficulty
- Not likely to have much practical impact
- Dealing with these holds remains a puzzle
Known Issues

- Some Bad Ends being very difficult to activate
- Iris skipping hold turns in rare cases
- Inaccessible Footjob scene (oh no!)
- Various other balance/polish/etc. issues
- All this will be resolved in 1.0.4, I just wanted to get the animation fix out asap

Hi everyone,
We've created a standalone release of 8F (Iris).
Because it is standalone, you cannot import or export saves. Simply start a New Game and you will be right in front of the 8F entrance. 8F will be integrated to the full Tower after 7F, which is unfortunately not done (obviously) but is getting there. 8F is not particularly contingent on the events of 7F, so people worried about story spoilers or continuity should be fine with the standalone version.
If you don't want to play it twice or want to play it on "your" save, you'll need to wait a bit longer (few weeks) for 7F to be finished, and you can then play them in sequence. However, the integrated version will contain some extra (light) progression and post-game elements, too, so I'd encourage people who like Iris to snack on the standalone since there will be some des(s)erts later anyway.
I'm sorry I couldn't complete 7F in time, resulting in this weird workaround. Hopefully the quality of Iris will make up for it in the interim before everything's back on track.
