No, it doesn't organize the CAS. For example, with skin details, it separates CC, so you can add it without worrying about the previous one being removed. It just categorizes the CC by adding a label at the beginning. You can try it out by simply putting it in the mods folder.

So it organizes all are cc in cas? Or so I need to set it? Sorry I went to the site to read how it works and didn't find anyone or a tutorial how to organize.

This can be helpful if you have numerous skin details, for instance, and are unsure which ones work well together. This essentially creates a blank CAS item designed solely to indicate the beginning of a new category =)
