Taking the Rest of the Week Off

I wanted to make a quick post that I am going to be taking the rest of this week off to try and get some mental spoons back. I wasn't aware till now but last month drained me mentally way more then I thought it did. So for my own Mental Health I am taking the rest of this week off to try and recharge myself a little.
I haven't been able to actually take a break really at all this year and it finally caught up with me. Sorry for the inconvenience, but I just need a few days to recharge and rest a little. I promise to be back to work starting next week!
