Alpha 6.1 - Refocusing

It's been... a long couple weeks. I've been away for what feels like forever, and when I'm working it feels like I'm running in place! There's so much foundation work to do that I can spend an entire day working on The Company without writing a single paragraph of content. At least, it can feel that way. Luckily, the reality is a little different!
Expanding the Team
Really, it should be more like "establishing" the team, but that's not what's important here! After being a one-man show for almost two years, I've finally decided to start reaching out to the community and bring on some additional assistance.
The first new team member I'd like to introduce is our very own DakotaLDE (@DakotaLDE) who will be assisting me with the all-consuming commentary system in the form of line writing. Working with him has a been a great pleasure, and with his help we will be able to greatly expedite this project!

Backer Preview Build - 6.0.3
Tomorrow will see the release of Alpha 6.0.3 to all patrons in the Intern tier and up. It will be the first build adopting the new "Backer Preview Build" title. My intention is to release a Backer Preview Build once a month in the absence of an official build.
That said, I want to set expectations with these builds. While they're not the incomplete bugfests that are the Pre-Alpha Builds, their content will generally be on the lighter side. These are still builds that are generally smack in the middle of development, but I wanted a way to get those supporting the project hands on with new features faster than has been in the past.
That's not to say 6.0.3 doesn't have some fun surprises in it, though!
Artwork Feedback Poll
I want to thank everyone for participating in the recent artwork feedback poll. It can be difficult to properly gauge feedback in a community with so many strong personalities, and sometimes I just need cold, hard metrics!
The information gathered from the survey was invaluable, and my artist and I are already making adjustments to both how the artwork is being developed, as well as how it will be implemented into the game. Those in the Marketing Associate tier have already gotten an early glimpse of the direction we're taking, and I'll have a lot to share with everyone else in the coming weeks.
Closing Remarks
I know it's been a few weeks of non-information posts, and for that I do apologize. I'm happy to say that next Wednesday will be a return to form. I'll have plenty to share on the status of Alpha 6.1, Penny's new content, and some major changes to the serum path ideology. It's good stuff!

Happy to be a part of (the start of) the team! There's a lot to be done but I'm eager to work on the Company. It's been one of my favorite nsfw titles as a fan and it's amazing that I'm able to work on it now.
