It's meant to be "kind of" a secret path, so yes the trigger is a little roundabout. It will happen if you take Sophie down her sub path and you're in chastity OR a sissy, she'll turn the tables on you. You'll have a couple chances to opt out of this path, so it won't be a total surprise.
