Hi there! Unfortunately this isn't something I have any control over as saves are stored in the local browser cache. There are a number of things that could happen on the client side that could result in loss of save files, so if you're invested into a particular playthrough you might want to consider using the Save to Disk feature. Sorry that happened!

hello i am a backer and with this 3.3.1 my saves have disappeared can you help me? thank you

........Actually, its not just the kitchen I think it happens, but the living room as well, ( as I'm sure you're aware that the scenes I'm talking about also occurs in the living room as well, ( ie kitchen in the morning and living room in the evening ), as far as I can remember.

.......However, ( and I'm sure you're aware of it already ), but the with the update I noticed there was an issue with 3 scenes, ( or maybe its just 2 ), anyways, the issue I'm talking about is the mother finishing scene, and the sister finishing scene, ( and I'm there MIGHT be an error in the mother AND sister scene, but since its the finishing scene for each of them separately and together, but the scenes themselves aren't the problem, its when I try to finish that the error, or errors pop up.

Well, with this update the error I had is gone, ( and it turned out that there was no issue with my saves ), so ty. :)
