🕑 Added 2020-07-04 14:50:48 +0000 UTCImportant Notes - These dev builds are being hosted in a different environment than the live build of the game. What this means is that your save files will not show up in these builds like they normally would. If you want to import your live save into the dev build, you'll need to go back to Build 3.2.5 and save your file to disk, then load it in the dev build. This will only be the case for the dev build cycle and everything will go back to normal after this update.

The inventory of 33 would be correct, WHORUNBARTERTOWN increases the amount of material components you start with, not the number of serums.

It was in the previous patch notes. NPC willpower is no longer being tracked/manipulated as it wasn't be used. No change in content.
