Am seeing something else here. Opting to go with John to bathroom, the selections are show him your breasts or suck him, when you select suck him, returns to PH: Suck John - Dom, and this has no effect on Penny have sucked him 21 times and nothing on Penny, She does not refuse to help MC do anything.

It's part of the Dom John route from the last update. After Tasha's scene with you in the records office, there will be a scene with Diana where she explains you're underperforming at the office and starts a training routine with you.

After Diana takes you to her office and explains the training situation you should get the option to initiate escorting from your phone from your bedroom in the evening or at night. There should be a little note from Saya once it's been unlocked.
