Very first line in the DebuMenu : PLEASE do not report any issues with the debug menu!

Hi, i found out that i can't leave the debug menu after changing something in there. I tried to use the "Return to game, keep changes" button, but nothing happened. When i use the "back" button all changes are lost.
Honestly, you should make an option to skip to chapter 4 for people who have actually played the game.

started a new game on the downloaded version, the lab assets dont load after i meet penny for the first time

Just tried a few times and it's working for me. It's possibly due to the influx of traffic to the host right now.

Right now I am trying to play the game online on chrome but I just get an infinite loading screen

Correct, Chapter 4 was not part of this update.
In the online version chapter 4's story doesn't come up and it is just like before this update
