John Content Poll Results - Surprise and Amazement!

I know some people aren't overly excited about 6-7 months of John updates but personally I really am. Been waiting like 1.5+ years for some John attention, I don't count the Chanel stuff because I don't really want to transform the one male character we get to play with.

Thanks Westane for the clarification. I am a long time backer (one of my suggested scenes is in the game and although under my previous username). I will look forward what you have planned and continue with my various experiments with a dominant or neutral MC and a “compliant” John. :)

Update 6.2 (John) should be done by the next Spring. 6.3 is a much smaller update by comparison, so I would say the answer to your question is "yes". That said, I'm looking to open development order to community and backer input, so you may be spending quality time with Ava and Dakota sooner than you think!

With the proposed schedule and the tentative timeline, I wonder if 6.4 still can be done within 2020 as planned before? No offense but I have many more interest of 6.4 rather than 6.2 and 6.3......

I understand how you feel, and I understand that not everyone is excited for Dom John content, which is why I opened it up to a vote. As per usual, it was the backer votes that ultimately pushed Dom John to the top. That said, I want to mention a couple things. 1. The whole "Save Here" thing will likely be patched out soon. With all the backend tweaks and improvements that have been made over the last few months, I'm reasonably confident I'll have no problem introducing new story content without you having to sacrifice your save, even if you've played well past the current end point. 2. To clarify the tease at the end of this post, one of the choices for the next voting poll is going to be "Chapter 4" As for the release dates posted, I always try to overestimate here. I'd rather say the update won't be done until March then release it in February than the other way around. My hope is to get these done much quicker.

Looking at the proposed schedule for John, am I correct in assuming we will see no upgrades in story content beyond the current November 2 end until, quite possibly, next summer? I understand the need for tweaking and improving mechanics and I appreciate the expansion of characters, especially Penny (although I would like to see a further expansion of her TFM-1 story),but every update seems to offer a new road to the same dead end. I am not a huge John fan, in fact I hate the dominant character since it grinds the entire story to a standstill. I just count it as a Bad End and leave it at that, so he gets the Chanel treatment at the first sign of aggressive behavior. Improvements to his story are certainly welcome, but it s frustrating reading the same list of proposed storylines while being asked to "Save Here" all the time.
