They unlock dynamic events in her office and make certain actions with her during her IE easier to activate. If you're playing as a Sissy, though, you may not be getting much out of them.

I can't reproduce this. Are you loading a save game or making any changes via the console? I've started a few new games and the notebook displays correctly.

Just noticed this, and maybe it's intentional: Viewing the notebook for Chanel after John TF, it calls her Chanel from the beginning, not John. E.g. "September 4th - Monday, Late Morning - Today I met Chanel. He works with Tasha in the Company's sales division, and seems like a real piece of shit. "

Awesome update!! Loved extra interaction with Ava. Just curious, the tier 2 doses for Diana don't change anything? No matter her dom/sub score? (always play sissy so not really sure..)

you must have enought stamina - try to craft all the different kind of serum - each new craft will give you 1 stamina point

If you enter the IE at night with Eva before you dose her to the point of the "giver herself to you" option (or whatever it's called) it doesn't give an option to leave so if you don't have enough stamina to finish then you can't really use it.

go to the medical lab and get birth control
