- Penny's dose events have been completed for this patch, 4 in total. Her third event has her generating random materials used for MCS-1, MCS-2 and MCS-3 every morning before work
- MCS-X has been removed from starting inventory and recipe is locked by default
- A new option to discover the MCS-X recipe following the TFM-1 incident has been added to the lab whenever Penny isn't in it.
- You can now upgrade your lab equipment, starting at $500 for the first upgrade, and increasing for every upgrade after that. Each upgrade increases base material yield by 50%
- Material costs for MCS-1, MCS-2, and CMD-1 have been lowered
- Following the end of Chapter 1, the yield for MCS-1 will increase from 1 to 2
The next feature to be added to the lab will be the ability to sell serums starting in Chapter 2 to the company for distribution as a means to earn additional income.
