🕑 Added 2017-10-18 07:00:59 +0000 UTC Monday night I decided to commit a change to The Company without submitting an RFC or having it approved by the CAB, and I hosed the code pretty good. Unfortunately our ITSM solution lacks a proper CMDB admin or CM module. My ITIL training has failed me...Hunh?
First, if you actually got that bit, my deepest condolences you poor, soulless drone. Secondly, haha, I done fucked up.
So I implemented a new dialogue system which, I think, is pretty damn slick. Unfortunately, when I when to propagate the change throughout the entire project I ended up... completely breaking the game. I ended up spending the last two days manually fixing every single line of dialogue in the game, probably still missing a couple entries along the way.
In any case, that's done, as is the family's reaction to player transformation. All that's left is to write out the office reaction event, add in a few ways for players to initiate transformations for testing purposes, then... release!
If I can get the reaction event done tomorrow we're "most likely" looking at a Thursday release what will likely be version 5.0.16. If not, then it will be posted Friday or Saturday. Fingers crossed for Thursday though!
