I've been experimenting with giving Paige a perma-futa mode, that will be based on how Hex's is planned to work: basically you'll be able to stay in futa mode as your "base form" and when you end up in an encounter that doesn't involve the willy, it'll disappear then come back once you're done. I think you'll need to take a futa potion or use an equivalent ability to un-futa-tize yourself, to preserve some semblance of SS's poor half-dead economy. You'll also get erect if lust reaches a certain point, which will change the status image.
I also have some vague plans for activities involving the pecker, like "dick-notizing" people with it when erect, or something silly and perverted like that. I'll probably add some exclusive flashing/exhibitionism content based on this feature, too.
I want to stress this is all very experimental, it's gonna take a lot of work to actually make this work right because I never planned for it. I'm gonna have to literally hand-edit potentially dozens of scenes and encounters and just flavor text to have this work even to a point I'd be comfortable adding it in even just for fun.

I really like the idea of a permanent/default futa form in the way you described so if you decide to go through with it i'm all for it!

Love the idea! Futa exhibitionism is certainly an under-represented thing.
