-YT Ai seem to be testing my patience for this video 🤣! Everytime I add a title it just keeps getting flagged . -Last night, I wasn't feeling well, I vomited 3 times cuz I had a massive migraine. But after that, the pressure on my head was gone( also cuz I got some of the food out of my system). Felt better ... all because I wanted to eat some Spicy Kimchi Ramen+ I added real Kimchi on it for lunch. Then ate some Feta cheese +salad for dinner. After doing a research, I learned that Kimchi has some Migraine-inducing ingredient since it's fermented. "Tyramine, Histamine and Amines. These stimulate the central nervous system, they can increase or decrease blood flow, which can trigger headaches and migraines."..what's funny too is......FETA CHEESE is also the same! x( I just wanted to eat dammit lol. so basically it triggered a fat migraine x2 ..I ate all this without knowing x( . Just sharing my experience so you don't do the same lol. After all this nightmare, I just knocked out to sleep.ZZzzzzz
-Damn, it's almost February guys. Time really flies...I remember just putting my Xmas tree up and now I gotta take it down LOL. (I haven't disassembled yet because I'm too lazy haha + need some life in the house)
-It's also almost Valentine's Day! Ohhhh the month for love <3

Damn, just read the description, hope you feel better soon! Migraines are no joke, I went to the hospital for mine just for a shot that help me sleep, but still, rest up and take care of yourself first, your health is most important than anything
