If you've played that part already, you don't need to do it again, absolutely nothing has been added there. Though if you are eager to visit it whether it'd be your first time, then unfortuneately, it might be bugged. You can try leaving and returning to the beach again and again until she shows up but after a while, it's best to just leave it for now.
