It's on the PC in the bedroom, click the option 'enable cheats' and the one you use it clearly in the post. Please read the post.

Go to the desk in the bedroom and enter the cheatcode for the version. Then go to your phone and enable the cheats in the bottom right. From there, you can manipulate the points.
