Share more work?!
🕑 Added 2019-04-22 01:08:56 +0000 UTCSo here is the deal. I have always tried to do at least a little bit more of a blog post with each of my shoots either with where I am at in thinking about my work, or an individual shoot, etc etc
But lately I have been shooting a lot...I mean really a lot. I did 8 shoots last week. Between all the editing, and now my duty to ensure the blackberries do not swallow us alive, and photo shoots I've found that I have a little bit less time, and honestly regularly less energy to put into doing long posts every time.
So I have some decisions to make. Would it be ok if I don't do that everytime?

oh i try to never flake! some girls just get nervous and can't handle the pressure!

People cancel and ghost. Its part of this industry. It definitely happens to me still, but much less than it did in the early days. The best thing you can do is be forgiving, give people second chances, but if they continue to not respect your time stop. Some of my best shoots have been with people that flaked on me, so I try to let it go. Also keep looking for new people to work with! Wish there was more I could offer you, but if you keep at it people will flake less

I struggle so much with this exact problem...Also, I have a lot of problems with random streaks of models flaking. Last week I had 9 shoots scheduled, and 2 showed up. Today I had 3 shoots scheduled, one moved it to tomorrow, one flaked, and the other ghosted. Do you have that sort of issue or have you figured out a solution to flakes?
