It seems that the Town Folk treat the town hall as a church...
When surveying the Town Hall from the distance little did I expect to find Harris roaming around. Agent Beau was almost successful in fooling him by pretending to be under the influence of the substance he carries around. but unfortunately failed and got caught instead. I don't know what kind of immunity this bear has, but it seems the dragons do not attack him on site. Could it be because he brings them victims for their strange rituals? Having Harris roam around the Town Hall is an unexpected complication I did not foresee...
It's going to take me a while to get a warrant on BVM and have authorities check out what Harris purpose is there but it's what I can do for now. For now, I have to device a plan to extract Beau out of the mess he's gotten himself into.
