So, I decided to make her barefoot with original mesh. (I painted feet with original mesh)
and new nice fingernails too.
She is so cute.. T_T
And she has no shader issues !!

Thank you, author! I have been trying out the Seed Mod for several days. Currently, there's a small issue: when going through the story, the ears look quite abrupt because they lack texture details. I wish you smooth progress on creating the more refined Seed Differential Mod, and hope this detail can be fixed along the way too. (^_^)
