It can be done by some shader like transparent shader or texfx or rabbitfx or graphic card (intel or something) or graphic card driver issues. This is even simple animation without toggles.

I think the visual and physical effects of this animation are fantastic. Seeing them on the chest would be a great experience, but the handbar feel is a bit too abrupt. Perhaps the grip could be made more natural, or connected to the character's tentacles—that's a direction worth exploring. (Like animations of tentacles teasing, rubbing, or sucking. However, that would be extremely difficult to create.)
