I think ougassing is a very general term that applies to a lot of other unrelated processes (I also could be wrong though).

Hello, since there isn't a patreon post regarding your video "Iodine myth" I'm posting my comment here. I wanted to say, great job with that fundamental chemistry video, for me it was a good recap of core principles. If you do fundamentals again here are some suggestions. What really vapor pressure, a better understanding of the distribution of energy/vibration in a substance/what HEAT really is , how supercriticallity works and practical example (co2 supercritical extractions maybe, maybe in clear containers too, ask Applied Science). Finally, about nilation, I would argue there's already a term for that though I could be wrong. The term is "outgassing".
