You're supposed to play the clench training series as normal, so clench to every beat. But with the funscript running there will also be a small vibration on every beat, so it will make the process of clenching more pleasurable over time. You just have to find the right vibration strength to use and experiment to see what works best for you. I have some recommended levels in my vibration guide.

Just want to ask, this is a clench file. With the funscripted and vibration from gush2, does the vibration takes over the clench? Or are we supposed to do both clench and get vibration both at the same time?
