New Tenant!

She's one of those girls who can't say NO to anyone and often gets into trouble because of it. Despite that, she's the only girl so far who can keep up with the Landlady's shenanigans, including her training regiment. Seems like Mentari wants to train her to become a future Syamsi employee.
I like a seemingly plain lady who hides her assets/potentials troupe, especially if it's muscle-related. So that's my main excuse to draw her haha.
Also, I realized that this month marks the 1st anniversary of our community. I kinda want to make an artwork/event/update for this special occasion, but I'm still busy with other projects so I haven't thought what to do. Do you guys have any idea/recommendations that you would like to share?
