Greetings Adventurers!
First off, I want to apologize for the delay on this release for the week. Life was throwing punches at me left and right, but thankfully I was still able to get this one out by today! I'm going to work hard to get the 2nd Patron-only release of the month by mid-week, maybe around Wednesday so there shouldn't be too long of a break. I'll even throw in one of my usual free maps somewhere in there too. This is the first themed map of the month, voted on by our patron community revolved around home bases/guild halls!
The base map releasing to the Barbarian tier takes place right in the middle of a major city. This would definitely be one of the housing districts as the guild hall is surrounded by other residential buildings of sorts. The entrance has a large area for storage, congregating, horse maintaining, or even battling. When you walk in, you'll see a large bar area where your party can drink, eat, and recover from their travels. The immediate room to the right is the main sleeping area full of beds and furnishings. There is a meeting room up in the northwest where plans for the next journey can be conjured up and a lounge area with a fireplace on the opposite side. Then there's a staircase that leads up to the 2nd floor which leads us into the next tier.
The Death Knight tier gets access to the 2nd floor of the guild hall where there is another large open area that includes long tables for gatherings and eating. The double doors open up to a balcony area outside that overlooks the nearby surroundings. To the west of the building there is an armory room that includes weapons, chests, shields, and even an alchemy table where spells and crafts can be studied. To the north of that room is the master bedroom furnished with only the finest of sets. This would be the guild leader's room, or maybe even a couple's room should there be one in your party. As an additional treat to make up for my tardiness this week, I've included an extra map for Death Knights that show the outside roofed view of the guild hall in case you want your players to focus on what's happening outside.
The Necromancer and Legend tiers will be getting an amulet crafted by the artist Rangoah and authored by myself. Additionally, this amulet will be the first magic item that was co-authored by the Legends of the community! Very excited to continue working with the Legend tiered patrons on upcoming items. As usual, the Necromancer tier will be getting the amulet artwork by itself with a transparent background while the Legend tier will be getting the "Amulet of Chain Lightning." This amulet is considered a legendary wondrous item and is all ready for use in an upcoming D&D session as you see fit.
I hope you all enjoy this map and find it useful to give your players a home to rest their heads in! There will be more home bases/guild halls coming up with different environments, structures, and overall different atmospheres soon! As always, any ideas/suggestions/feedback are welcomed in our Discord channel, so let your voice be heard! Until next update, may your wisdom saves all be successes!
