Bruh it's not a spoiler at this point, Aimin has already seen DBZ, and in said anime, they made it explicitly clear that Krillin and Chiaotzu had already died once before DBZ (in otherwords, OG). The only spoiler would be info regarding when and how they died.

Yes but also their planet was literally blown up and when someone's resurrected they're brought back in the location they died in by default.

The actual reason why Krillin didn't get revived here is because Krillin already died once in OG Dragon Ball and Shenron can only revive any individual once. Meanwhile, Porunga can revive any individual regardless if they've died before so long as their death was not by natural causes.

The other people weren’t brought back cuz they can’t wish people back if they were dead for a long time

but the dragon cannot revive people after being dead for a certain amount of time

You're totally right about how the wish to revive everyone killed by Freeza and his men should bring back basically every Saiyan, Raditz is like the only one who wouldn't fit that criteria. Isn't that kind of a gaping plot hole that's existed since the first time Vegeta came back?
