While some may raise an eyebrow if they spy you breastfeeding your toddler, there’s a lot of official support for extended breastfeeding (which is defined as breastfeeding a toddler past age 1). The American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) advises that continued breastfeeding has benefits for as long as mom and child want to do it. And the World Health Organization (WHO) takes it a step further by recommending that babies be breastfed for 2 years or more, as long as all their nutritional needs are being met. ~ Breastfeeding Your Toddler: Tips for Extended Nursing

Note: This interaction tests for the Birth Parent Rel_Bit. Meaning Trans/Intersex Sims who are able to become pregnant and Give birth will be able to breastfeed their biological children. It most likely will not show up on adopted or Created in Create-A-Sim toddlers.

Did the sim give birth to the toddler, or were they created in CAS? This only works if the child was born and not created. I will test again, but this should be working with the update.
Is it possible this isn't compatible with new updates? I've used yours and Polarbears' and tried removing all mods and repairing etc but this is the one that just won't work now for me. Just wondering if others are having this issue.

Oh yes I have the option from the toddler as active sim. I didn't actually try it

Hey! It sounds like the version you have is out of date. This used to be a problem but was fixed on Dec 17. Please redownload, clear your cache, and test it alone.

FYI my toddler can breastfeed from her grandparents, assigned male and female
